Who is responsible?
Angel Eye Productions is the responsible party for personal information submitted through this website. This policy explains our approach under South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

What we process.
When you submit a production enquiry, we may collect your name, company, email address, telephone number, requested service, budget range, timeline and the information you include in your brief.
For security, reliability and useful enquiry attribution, our systems may also record the submission time, IP address, browser user agent, referring page, landing page, campaign parameters and the production or website content connected to your enquiry.
03 · Purpose
Why we use it.
- To respond to your enquiry and understand the production opportunity.
- To prepare proposals, estimates and appropriate creative or production responses.
- To manage the relationship and keep an accurate CRM record of communications.
- To protect the website and enquiry service from spam, abuse and security threats.
- To meet contractual, accounting or legal obligations where applicable.
We process information with your consent, to take steps you request before entering into a contract, for legitimate operational interests that do not override your rights, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information or use an enquiry for unrelated marketing.
05 · Security
How we protect it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted website connections, access restrictions, validation, anti-spam controls, system monitoring and recoverable backups. No internet service can promise absolute security, but suspected compromises are investigated and addressed appropriately.
This enquiry service is intended for business enquiries and is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should contact us before submitting information about a person under 18.
06 · Your rights
You stay in control.
Subject to POPIA and any lawful limitations, you may ask whether we hold your personal information; request access, correction or deletion; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain about how your information has been handled. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator South Africa.
